So im getting myself an siii in jan/feb when i get my redundancy money from the army and was wondering if there are any specific things i should look out for when buying and siii(1.6 or 2.0)?

what up with the 1.6 version,i will be redundant as of 17th dec so thinking about insurance and running costs.

Well i have decided to set aside 5k for new motor so have been browsing online and 4k seems to be the average for 07 models. Only got Gen 3 in Jan this year ...im hooked

Get about 35mpg on my siii driving to work each day, little motorway and some in town driving.
That's a 2 litre, was 5k on 60k miles 08 plate and full history if that helps get an idea of avg costs
