Hello everyone, this is my first Hyundai of any description. In the spirit of full disclosure I must inform you that I am a Jag man at heart and have spent the last few years finding as many unloved XJ6's 8'S and others as I can and try to put them back on the road for other to enjoy. HOWEVER,during that time I have also had a handful of Gen 6 Celicas and a couple of MK2 Mr2's so to some it may come as no surprise that after quietly coveting these good-looking coupes I have finally managed to snare one that needs a bit of love. I only picked her up last night. She's only done 800 miles in the last year or so and spent a fair few months laid up so I shall get some of the basics done and then look to you all for some insight into making her a little different.
I look forward to sharing as much of the journey as I can with you all

Re: Excited Double Newbie
Welcome.
I've had my fair share of Toyotas but never Jags.
I've had 2 x mk1 MR2, 4 x mk2 MR2's (including 1 x rev 3 turbo, 1 x rev4 n/a and 2 rev 2 n/a's).
I also had a '92 Celica ST185 Carlos Sainz.
Most recently a Yaris mk1 1.0 was my steed before I px'd it for my coupe.
You certainly get value for money with a Hyundai Coupe. My initial impressions are positive too. Just like any car. If you look after it, it will look after you.
Enjoy.

A big hello and welcome to you. You certainly appear to have exemplary taste in fine automobiles sir. Great to have you here, as Dodge says, plenty of info floating around and if you can't find what you're looking for, just ask a question.
