Another crap magnet to be aware of

On the front wings where it goes down to the sill is a bit like a V shape and this fills with soil and debris.. Mine was about 2" deep in moist sandy soil and starting to corrode. Not easy to get at, but with door open and maybe sill off its worth a look.

it is funny in a retarded way i guess, my mate managed to sell his t3 with rust, a slightly singed interior from where the battery under the drivers seat shorted, no engine, and no tax or mot for nearly £4k :confusion-shrug:

personally i wouldn't have give him £500 for it

Here're a couple of photos (assuming this is the location being talked about):

One of the sunroof drain pipes terminates above it acting as it's very own irrigation system!

No no , the front edge of wing towards front bumper.. Took the sill cover off the o/s today and lo, behold the crap....jetted out and waxed.. 50/50 mix turps n wax oil works a treat in a cheapo hand pump spray meant for plants.. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

I think I know where you mean. You mentioned '..where it goes down to the sill' though and that only occurs at the rear! ;)
