Very commonly, the valve cover gasket gives up the ghost (or has not been fitted correctly) and lets oil pour all over your shiny engine.

Nearly every 2.0 uses quite a bit of Oil.
This is an accepted fact by dealers and not really something you can avoid as they have done it mostly...
