Welcome! The door locking is the actuators, the actual locks that hold the door shut. Best to replace both, as it's impossible to know which is the problem one. Until you get it sorted, remove the door trims, because if it fails completely, the only way to get the door open is to cut the trim! Part ...

31030-2c700 seems to be the part you need. There's some on Ebay, might be worth checking they are the correct part before ordering. I think that part number is for the filler neck only isn't it?
